Coloring Books

Discover the endangered species, animals and wildflowers in the Rocky Mountains and beyond while you enjoy coloring. Our Endangered Wildlife Series is authored and illustrated by Lisa Rhodes, a resident of Colorado Springs. Mary Pruett is the author and illustrator of Color the Wild Rockies, Color the Wildflowers of the Rockies, and Color the Western Birds.

Learn about the animals as you color your way through Africa in Animals of Africa with author Lisa Rhodes. Find out which animals are endangered and threatened in the Rocky Mountains in Animals of the Rocky Mountain West. Some of these animals are common, like the grizzly bear and the gray wolf. Others are more unfamiliar, such as the black-footed ferret and the southwestern willow flycatcher. Games and puzzles add to the fun.

Explore the West’s colorful and enjoyable birds with author Mary Pruett in Color the Western Birds. Mary lives in Boulder, Colorado, and also is the author of Color the Wild Rockies and Color the Wildflowers of the Rockies.
