Pruett Publishing Company has been producing books
from the Mountain West since 1959.

Mountain Press distributes our TRADE TITLES. Our trade books cover topics that range from fly fishing to hiking and biking, history, nature, and the environment.

We also publish TEXTBOOKS for grade-school students about the history of Colorado, including Discover Colorado, Its People, Places, and Times, a social studies textbook for third and fourth graders by Matthew Downey and Ty Bliss. With more than 150 photos, maps, timelines and drawings, Discover Colorado involves the student with active, colorful pages.
